Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method where possible.

The refund will be for the cost of the item only and will not include any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase or return.


If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Final Sale Items:
